This client are a fast-growing and highly regarded food production operation with several local depots. As a Chargehand, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 assemblers on a permanent night shift.
Key duties of the role:
Leading a team of 5 assemblers
Running assembly shop
Organising workload
Assembly of Aluminium Panels
Operating bonding and gluing machines
Reading from drawings
Operating table saws
Dealing with Health and safety and first aid
Candidate Requirements:
Previous team leader / chargehand experience
Looking to progress career
First Aid qualified
Health and Safety conscious
Hours of work:
18:00 - 06:00 Sunday - Thursday
