2nd Line Support

Our new client is a large delivery network with a growing base of leading-name clients on their books.
Our client are seeking someone with experience of providing solutions across industries and to early stage business to internationally recognised corporations.

This is a great opportunity for an 2nd Line Engineer, or a 1st Line Engineer looking to step up to join an agile fast-moving team.

The 2nd Line Engineer will join a technical services team and seek to continually improve their troubleshooting ability from peer feedback.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Advanced technical troubleshooting using a variety of methodologies
  • An understanding of ITIL methodologies
  • College level qualification, similar, or equivalent experience


    Desirable Skills and knowledge:
  • Active Directory
  • TCP/DNS/DHCP and Routing; Sonicwall
  • Veeam
  • Remote Desktop Services
  • Network / Server hardware
  • Internet connectivity
  • Microsoft Windows Network
